Do I need to create an account to book an appointment?

Yes, you need to first create an account with us (click here to sign up) in order to book an appointment through the site. This helps to personalize assistance to each client as it is needed.

Are appointments in-person or remote?

At WeCompute, we cater to our clients needs and provide assistance in both areas. For in-person appointments, they are held at the clients home or a nuetral location agreed upon by both parties. For remote, we hold our education sessions on zoom and provide the client with a link in advance of the appointment.

What are your operating hours?

We are open from 5pm-10pm, Monday-Friday. On weekends, we are open from 10am-8pm. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.

We work on laptops, desktops & tablets (both Windows and MacOS), smartphones, and smart home devices.

We are open to ALL devices, though service on each device is subject to WeCompute discretion to perform service on the device.
